Takes stock of measures concerning court management, infrastructural needs, legal issues
Bandipora- High Court Judge Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, on Wednesday visited Bandipora district to review the functioning of the courts and to take stock of infrastructure development measures.
Justice Kazmi who is administrative judge for Bandipora took stock of ongoing construction works of New District Court Complex project at Kaloosa, Bandipora.
She was accompanied by Private Secretary Amjid Lone and PA Muhammad Yaseen. On arrival in Bandipora district, She was warmly received by District and Sessions Judge Bandipora Amit Sharma, Judicial Magistrate Sumbal Bazila Bashir along with district administration Bandipora at Sumbal.
Her ladyship was presented guard of honour by the District Police Bandipora and facilitated by SSP, Bandipora, Lakshay Sharma.
At New District Court complex, Bandipora, justice Kazmi took stock of ongoing construction works. On the occasion the executing agency informed the justice about the physical and financial expenditure.
She was informed that the new court complex is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs. 35 crore approximately. She was further informed that the complex has been designed to provide an efficient and congenial judicial environment to the people of Bandipora and its adjoining areas.
Justice Kazmi impressed upon the executing agency to speed up work on the project and ensure that it is completed within the stipulated time frame.
Speaking on the occasion, Justice Kazmi said the new court complex is coming up with modern facilities, including lawyers chambers, library, residential quarters, and other modern facilities.

along with President Bar Association, Bandipora, Advocate Masood Ahmad
Bhat along with other learned member of the Bar Association, Bandipora.
Justice Kazmi visits court rooms and Chambers of Ld. Advocates
and took first hand stock of the infrastructural needs. She interacted with the bar members who apprised the justice about various issues.Her Ladyship also interacted with the female Advocates of the Bar and assured redressal of their grievances at an earliest.
She offered a patient hearing the demands and grievances and instructed concerned authorities to initiate efforts towards their immediate redressal.
She said the main purpose of Her visit was to take stock of measures concerning court management, infrastructure and issues pertaining to Legal Services within the territorial limits of District Court Bandipora and also to take stock of ongoing construction of new District Court Complex at Kaloosa Bandipora.
