Srinagar- A labourer was electrocuted to death near S.P. college Area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on Saturday evening.
25-year-old Zubair Ahmad Sheikh of Dudran village of Boniyar in Uri sustained serious injuries after coming in contact with a live wire near Sri Pratap (SP) College here on Saturday, reports said. Sheikh, a labourer, was removed to the hospital for treatment. However, the doctors there declared him dead.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started further proceedings in this regard.
