Srinagar- Two people are feared to have died after their vehicle was hit by a shooting stone in the mountainous Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, officials said.
Deputy Commissioner, Ramban Mussarat Zia on his official Twitter handle posted that two persons were feared trapped after a shooting stone hit their truck near Digdole along the strategic Srinagar-Jammu highway.
In another Tweet, Zia wrote that two persons feared trapped have reportedly died in the incident.
“More details awaited,” he said in the Tweet, while advising people to drive on highway with caution.
