SRINAGAR- District Srinagar Taekwondo Association (DSTA) organised a prize distribution ceremony at Gindun sports Complex, Rajbagh, on Thursday, for the athletes and coaches who recently participated in the District Srinagar Taekwondo Championships 2022-23.
The championships were organised by DSTA under the aegis of J&K Taekwondo Association.
A number of athletes, coaches and parents took part in the ceremony, which opened with a great demonstration skills of Taekwondo by young male and female athletes by performing the three main aspects of the game, i.e., Kyorugi (Fighting), Poomsae (Pattern) and Ho Sin Sul (Self Defense).
Adv Neelofar Masood (Joint Secretary, JKTA) was chief guest and distributed the prizes among the participants who had clinched various medals in the championship.

Sub Junior: Mohd Osman Bhat
Cadet Category: Sareema Riyaz
Junior Category: 1. Hadiya Fayaz (female), 2. Sanna Sofi (female), 3. Azad Beigh (male), 4. Ishaan Pariyar (male), 5. Musadiq Qayoom (male) Bronze medal in Junior National
Senior Category: Hashim Majeed, Zain Nazir.
