JAMMU- A delegation of outstanding sportspersons from J&K called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhavan on Saturday.
The delegation included S. Chandeep Singh, international Para Taekwondo medallist; Danish Sharma, international Judo player and coach, and Appu Jamwal, Wushu National medallist. The athletes discussed the implementation of J&K Sports policy with the LG.
LG Sinha assured the sportspersons that the Jammu Kashmir Government is committed to safeguard the interests and promote the welfare of the sportspersons through the J&K Sports Policy 2022.
