SRINAGAR- The Day 2 of the 71st B.N. Mullik Memorial All India Police Football Tournament saw 28 teams (14 matches) compete at four different venues, including Synthetic Turf Ground, Polo Ground, Bakshi Stadium and Kashmir University.
At Synthetic Turf Ground DySP Sports APHQ Kuldeep Hundoo was the chief guest. West Bengal Police defeated Chandigarh Police 3-0. The match between J&K Police and Bihar Police was won by J&K Police with a score of 2-0. CRPF beat Chhattisgarh Police 11-0. Meghalaya Police defeated Assam Rifled 1-0.
At Polo Ground Dy, Commandant IRP 8th Bn was the chief guest. Odisha Police vs ITBP ended in a draw as both the teams could not score any goal. In other matches, Punjab Police beat Telangana Police 4-1, Jharkhand Police defeated Madha Pradesh Police with a scoreline of 2-0, while Delhi Police beat Harayana Police 5-1.
At Bakshi Stadium, Manager J&K Sports Council Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar was chief guest. The match between CISF Vs Maharashtra Police ended with 2-2. Assam Police also drew 0-0 with Goa.
At Kashmir University Ground, SSP Srinagar Rakesh Balwal was the chief guest. SSB and Sikkim Police played a 1-1 draw. The match between Kerala Police and Arunachal Pradesh was won by Kerala Police with a score of 2-0. Mizoram Police defeated Gujarat Police with a massive score of 9-1. The match between Tamil Nadu and Manipur Police ended in a 1-1 draw
