Srinagar- A free medical camp was organized by Islamic Library Imam Khamenei at Yakhmanpora Singhpora on Sunday. The camp was held on the eve of Birth anniversary of Molud-e-Kaba Hazrat Imam Ali (a.s).
The camp was inaugurated by Chairman of Idara Islamic Library Imam Khamenei. In this camp 372 patients were offered free consultation by doctors.
Medicines were also distributed free among pregnant women, adolescent girls and the elderly.
Dr Syed Zameer Hussain, Dr. Altaf Hussain Mir, Dr Showkat Rasool, Dr Syed Muzaffer, Dr Syeda Saima and Dr Imran Hussain offered free consultation to patients. People from four adjacent villages took part in this camp.
A rally was also organised in the memory of Imam Ali (A.S.) and against the growing drug abuse in the society on the occasion.
