Jammu- Joint Director, Central Bureau of Communication, J&K &Ladakh Region, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Ghulam Abbas today reviewed working and functioning of CBC Regional Office and its’ Field Offices across J&K & Ladakh Region in a review meeting held online with the officials.
During the meeting, Joint Director discussed various administrative and financial matters with the officers and officials of CBC J&K its field offices and stressed that officials must organize the remaining integrated and outreach communication programmes (ICOPs) as per the formulated annual action plan before 28th February, 2023.
Joint Director was apprised by the programme section of CBC Regional Office that till date, out of allotted 20 Mini ICOPS, 18 Mini ICOPS had been completed & 3 small ICOPs done out of 12, 4 Mediums ICOPS have been completed out of 8 allotted and the target of 3 big ICOPs completed till December, 2022.
Shahid Mohammad Lone, Field Publicity Officer, CBC, Anantnag informed that one medium ICOP at Kupwara is scheduled to be held in 2nd week of January, 2023 and remaining programmes allotted will be completed soon.
Khursheed Yousuf, Field Publicity Officer, Udhampur informed that field office, Udhampur had completed all the allotted programmes and only one small ICOP is pending that will be organized in first week of February, 2023.
Besides others, the meeting was attended by Administrative Officer, Ram Kishen, Accounts Officer, Ashok Kumar, Gurnam Singh. Technical Assistant, CBC Udhampur, In- charge CBC Kathua, Rajesh Sharma, Ravinder Vaishnavi and Ms. Muni Koul from programme section of regional office Jammu.
