Srinagar- The officials of wildlife department on Saturday captured alive a black bear in Kehnusa village of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
According to reports, the bear was seen roaming around Kehnusa village by the locals, who immediately informed the wildlife department. A team of officials from the department, reports said, immediately rushed to the village and captured the bear.
The prompt action by the wildlife department has brought much sought relief to the villagers, who were reeling under constant threat of being attacked by the beast.
