Srinagar- A 25-year-old youth died in a road accident in Drung area of Tangmarg in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said here on Friday.
Saqlain Rashid, son of Abdul Rashid of Zanigam village of Berwaah was critically injured on Friday when he lost control over his bike, officials said.
Soon after the incident, the injured was rushed to a nearby health facility where doctors declared him dead on arrival, he said.
After medical legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to family for last rites, official added.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and a case has been registered—(KNO)
