SRINAGAR- In the ongoing Annual Football League 2022-23, four matches of the A-Division League were played on Thursday at Polo Ground West and Synthetic Turf TRC here.
At Polo Ground West, the first match was played between Ali Jana B and Al-Quds Sharifabad HMT, wherein Ali Jana B defeated Al-Quds by a solitary goal. The second match at Polo Ground was played between Muslimeen United FC and Young Eidgah FC wherein Muslimeen United won by 2 goals to nil.
At Synthetic Turf TRC, the first match was awarded walkover in favour of Central Football Academy (CFA) Soiteng as their opponents Shanglipora FC did not attend the field. The second match was played between Almadar FC Gopalpora and Nishat FC wherein Alamdar FC won 3-0.
DFA Srinagar also announced the upcoming fixtures on Thursday. According to the list, Saturday, October 15, will see four A-Division matches take place.
At Polo Ground, Shunglipora FC will take on Al-Quds Sharifabad with kick off at 2 pm. In the other match, Shaheen KFC will face Flying Kashmir at 3 pm.
At Synthetic Turf TRC, Ali Jana B will play J&K Finance Department, with kick off at 2 pm. In the second match at the venue, Valley XI FC will go head-to-head against Lasjan FC at 3 pm.
The A-Division League 2022-23 is being organised by DFA Srinagar in collaboration with Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council.
