Boniyar- A two days workshop On VIDYA Pravesh (Entrance To Knowledge) was organized by District Institute Of Education and Trainings Sopore (DIET) at the Sheikh Ul Alam Hall Of Govt. Model Higher Secondary School Boniyar.
DIET Sopore Provided manpower to the workshop in the shape of already trained resource persons Of zone Boniyar.
Zonal Education Officer Boniyar Mohammad Hussain Lone urged teachers for enhancing their knowledge through these workshops.
Principal DIET Sopore Peer Khursheed in his Speech also directed teachers to go through National Education Policy 2020, NIPUN Bharat Document and VIDYA Pravesh document for smooth transection of new methods and techniques.
Zonal Education Planning Officer Boniyar Abdul Karim Balote also directed teachers to achieve targets laid down by the National Education Policy 2020 and NIPUN Bharat in a time bound manner.
Besides about 84 teachers of Zone Boniyar, DIET faculty including Principal DIET Peer Khursheed (Guest of Honour), DNO NIPUN Bharat Masroor Ahmad Saraf ,HOD DIET Sopore Abdul Rashid including Mohammad Iqbal Badana Master Zone Chandanwari. Mehraj Ud Din, non-teaching official of DIET Sopore were present during workshop.
Zonal team Including Zonal Education Officer Mohammad Hussain Lone, Zonal Education Planning Officer Abdul Karim Balote, Mukhtar Ahmad Qureshi resource person, Sajad Ahmad Khan resource person, Tabassum Naseer resource person, Shaheena Akhter resource person and Farhat Gul resource person were also present during the workshop. All the resource persons demonstrated activities during the workshop for the holistic development of the children in the schools.
Zonal Education Planning Officer Zone Boniyar Abdul Karim Balote also thanked Principal Govt. Model Higher Secondary School Boniyar Bashir Ahmad Mir for Providing logistic support during the Workshop.
All the teachers showed patience and activeness during the workshop. The workshop concluded with a promise from teachers side that they will Implement these activities in their actual classroom situation with resources available there in the Schools.
