Srinagar- The B.Ed students of 1st and 2nd Semester pursuing the course in distance mode from Kashmir University urged the authorities to provide them with reading material as they are nearing exams.
The students said their 1st and 2nd Semester said that their exams are commencing from 10th August, 2022 and they alleged the University authorities have failed to provide them with hard copies of books and other material.
Director Kashmir University Distance Education Tariq Ahmad Chisti said the University has been providing students with the reading material offline and they can get books from the University Library.
“Many of the students have got the reading material, some of them are yet to get it” he said.
“There were some issues which led to the delay in sending the material to the students” Tariq said.
He said he will look into the issue and make sure the students get enough time and reading material to prepare for every subject.
