Dwivedi Given Addl Charge of H&ME Dept
Srinagar- The Union Territory administration on Friday ordered transfer of two Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers and assigned additional charge to Administrative Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department to Manoj Kumar Dwivedi and Mining Department to Amit Sharma.
According to a government order, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Skill Development Department.
Garbi Rashid, JKAS, Collector, Land Acquisition, Northern Railways, Udhampur/Reasi, holding additional charge of Collector, Land Acquisition, Defence, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth 7.502 Services and Sports Department.
In a separate order, the government assigned additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department to Manoj Kumar Dwivedi (IAS, AGMUT:1997), Principal Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department in addition to his own duties till further order.
“Amit Sharma, JKAS, Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department has been asked to hold the charge of the Administrative Secretary, Mining Department in addition to his own duties till further order in the interest of administration,” reads the order.
