SRINAGAR- The Jammu & Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) on Thursday announced that its going to hold selection trials for Under-17 Women’s Junior National Championship team from May 17 to May 19 at Srinagar and May 16 to May 18 at Jammu.
“This Association has to depute a selected Women’s Football Team of J&K UT for participation in the Women’s Junior (U-17) National Football Championship 2022 scheduled to be held from 15th of June 2022 at Guwahati Assam,” the JKFA said in a statement.
“In this connection three days trials will be held at Synthetic Turf TRC Srinagar from 17th to 19th May 2022 from 3 pm onwards for Kashmir Province. Similarly trials for Jammu Province will be held from 16th to 18th May 2022 at GGM Science College,” the statement added.
“Players born on or after 1st January, 2005 and not later than 31st December, 2007 will be eligible to participate in the Championship. The players should be fully vaccinated (both doses). The players are informed to bring along with them the original DOB Certificate issued by the SMC and a copy of vaccination Certificate (Covid-19),” the statement concluded.
