Srinagar– The Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday directed all its departments to furnish details of pre-mature transfers made since April 2021, within a period of one week.
Drawing the attention of all the administrative secretaries towards an order issued on July 28, 2010, that provides tenure of posting and also the provisions for making pre-mature transfers, the General Administration Department (GAD) on Tuesday said that “…however, it has been observed that pre-mature transfers are being affected without following the provisions of the Transfer Policy and the procedure prescribed thereof’’.
The order issued by Shuaib Mohammad Naikoo, Deputy Secretary to the government, has asked the administrative secretaries to provide information to premature transfers with effect from April 2021 till date within a week’s time positively.
