Srinagar- As many as eleven people on Saturday tested positive for Coronavirus in Jammu and Kashmir while no fresh fatality due to the virus was reported in the Union Territory during the last 24 hours.
According to officials, seven new cases of Covid-19 were detected in Jammu division and two each in Srinagar and Baramulla districts of the Valley on Saturday, taking the number of people infected since the outbreak of pandemic in J&K to 454043.
During the same time, officials said nine patients also recovered from the infection in the Union Territory.
Also, the officials said that the death toll in the pandemic remained unchanged at 4751 in J&K—2328 in Jammu and 2423 in Kashmir, as no fresh fatality was reported during the last 24 hours.
