Srinagar- The Jammu and Kashmir Yateem Trust on Sunday distributed food kits and Eidee @ 1000 per family among 300 registered widow headed families at its suboffice Gopalpora Chadura.
While distributing food kits and Eidee among the beneficiaries, the chairman of the Trust Zahoor Ahmad Tak informed that the aim of distribution of the food kits and cash assistance to the widow headed families is to ensure that these destitute families get some relief and solace during the month of fasting and also are able to celebrate Eid with comfort.
He also added that Eidee distribution program will also be organised at the central office of the Trust as well as at the unit offices spread across Kashmir during the coming days.
