Srinagar- Clinton Global Initiative University (C GIU) has selected a Kulgam resident for this year’s student leadership programme.
Aamir Ayoub Khan who belongs to Agroo Devsar village of Kulgam District was selected for this prestigious leadership course by the New York based CGIU for class of 2022 for commitment to the Action Student Leaders program.
Aamir has done his schooling from Kulgam and thereafter he did his B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore in 2017. He has published a paper in International Research Journal IRJET for which he was awarded Young Achiever Award 2020 for quality research.
Aamir is also the winner of BRIC-Idea Exposition 2020 under Department of Biotechnology, by IKP Knowledge Park Hyderabad, for his work on the clean technology theme.
Aamir is currently pursuing masters in social work and is founder and CEO of a waste management start-up based in Kashmir.
