In a statement to , President CCIK Tariq Rashid Ghani said one of the main religious bodies has been left to fend for itself owing to Government’s apathy towards the Waqf Board as a result the management at major shrines in the Valley are facing problems.

Ghani appealed to LG Administration to appoint a Chairman to the Waqf Board so that these historic religious places don’t face official neglect.
