SRINAGAR- The J&K Rope Skipping (RSJK) team performed exceptionally well to win 5 medals in the recently concluded Rope Skipping Federation Cup 2021. The team competed under the banner of Rope Skipping Association of J&K and won 3 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal.
The Federation Cup was organised by Indian Rope Skipping Federation at Nainital, Uttrakhand.
For J&K, Diya Zainab, Zehra Rafiq and Zargul Zehra won Gold in the 30 Second Double Dutch team event.
Madiha Irshad won Silver in the Under-17 30 Second Sprint event and a Bronze in the Under-17 Female Free Style Routine event.
RSJK Secretary, Rouf Ahmed congratulated the winners and requested the authorities to conduct a coaching camp at Srinagar in March next year.
