Srinagar: A woman was mauled to death on Friday by a black bear in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
40-year-old Muneera Akhtar, wife of Muhammad Shaban Ahanger was critically injured after a bear attacked her outside her home in Diyaroo village of Ashmuqam, reports said.
The injured woman, reports said, breathed her last when her family were removing her to the hospital for treatment.
