SRINAGAR: Two matches of JKFA Premier Division were played on Tuesday at Synthetic Turf, TRC here.
The first match played between Novelty Football Club and Food & Supplies XI, the first goal was scored in the 19th minute by Aqib Ali of Novelty FC. Novelty then added another goal in the 32nd minute by Aaqib. Later in the second half, Aaqib scored his hattrick in the 53rd minute. Arjun of Novelty FC scored two goals in 68th and 80th minute.
At full time whistle, Novelty FC defeated F&S XI by 5 goals to nil. Aakib of Novelty FC was declared man of the match.
In the second match played between Real Kashmir FC (Reserves) and Kashmir Maharaja FC, the first half of the match ended 0-0. In the second half’s 44th minute, Real Kashmir FC succeeded in scoring a goal through Owais. Kashmir Maharaja FC created some goal scoring opportunities but failed to find an equaliser. The match ended with 1-0 in favour of RKFC (R). Owais of Real Kashmir was declared man of the match.
A-Division Results
In the ongoing A-Division Annual League Football Tournament, two matches were played at Gindun Ground Rajbagh, here. Haroon FC and Al-Hilal FC. Haroon FC defetaed Al-Hilal FC 2-0. The second match of the day was won by Towheed FC 4-0.
