Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir reported on Monday recovery of 129 coronavirus infected persons while 93 new cases of virus were reported from the Union Territory during the last 24 hours.
According to officials, 129 more Covid-19 infected patients have recovered—45 from Jammu division and 84 from the Valley during the last 24 hours. During the same time, 93 fresh cases of virus surfaced in J&K— 73 from Kashmir and 20 from the winter capital, taking the total number of people infected since the outbreak of pandemic in J&K to 326033.
According to officials, Srinagar recorded the highest number of 41 cases on Monday followed by Doda district in Jammu division with 12 cases.
Also, officials said that the death toll due to pandemic remained 4410 as no coronavirus related fatality was reported in J&K during the last 24 hours
The officials also said that no new case of Mucormycosis has been reported today, thus the total number of confirmed cases remains 45 in the UT.
