Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police in Srinagar on Tuesday arrested two drug peddlers and recovered contraband substance from their possession.
A Police Party of Police Station Kothibagh during checking near TRC apprehended two persons Manpreet Singh son of Dilwandar Singh and Prince Sahota son of Pritam Singh, both residents of Jalandhar, a police spokesperson said.
“During checking, officers were able to recover 18.3Kgs of Fuki from their possession. They have been arrested and shifted to police station where they remain in custody.”
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 48/2021 under relevant sections of law stands registered in Police Station Kothibagh and investigation has been taken up.
