Srinagar: Two brothers, who had tested positive for coronavirus, were booked by police in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district for violating Covid-19 guidelines and roaming freely.
Tajamul Islam and Nafeesul Islam, sons of Mushtaq Ahmad Sheikh of Hanji Shart village of Handwara were booked under FIR number 121/2021 under relevant sections of law by police for roaming out of their homes despite being coronavirus positive, a police official said.
He urged the people to follow the government advisories and orders strictly in order to win the fight against the deadly virus.
