Srinagar: A leopard on Monday attacked and injured two people in Damhal Hanjipora area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
55-year-old Ghulam Mohammad Dar and 35-year-old Javid Ahmad Dar were on their way home to Damhal Hanjipora when a leopard attacked them in forest area Balnard on Monday afternoon, reports said. The beast injured the duo before fleeing from the spot.
Meanwhile, Block Medical Officer (BMO), Shugufta Salam said that after initial treatment at SDH, Damhal Hanjipora both the injured were shifted to district hospital Kulgam for specialised treatment. (KNO)
