Srinagar: An 80-year-old mentally-challenged man was found dead on Saturday in Chattabal area of Srinagar, officials said.
Tahir of Saharanpur Uttar Pradesh was found lifeless near Masjid Ahle Hadees Chattabal on Saturday morning, officials said. The body was shifted to SMHS for conducting post mortem and other medical formalities.
Meanwhile, police have initiated proceedings under section 174 CrPc in this regard. (KNO)
