Srinagar- A crucial meeting of People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) has commenced in Jammu after the leaders of the alliance met several delegations.
The meeting will deliberate upon various issues including whether to take part in the forthcoming District Development Council (DDC) polls starting from November 28.
All the members of PAGD reached Farooq Abdullah’s residence in Bathindi at around 11:00 AM and met various delegations.
Farmers, transporters, Gujjar community, Gaddi Sippi, Kashmiri Pandits, J&KNPP chairman Bhim Singh led delegation, SC & OBC and Sikh community delegations met the PAGD and discussed issues being faced by them, sources said.
ANC Senior Vice President Muzaffar Shah, who is also part of PAGD said that the meeting of the alliance has started and all participants are present. (KNO)
