Srinagar- Jammu and Kashmir recorded four more Covid-19 deaths in a day pushing the tally to 1,482 on Sunday, while 540 fresh cases during the same period took the tally to 95,325, officials said.
Among the victims, the officials said three were from Kashmir Valley and one from Jammu.
With these deaths, 1482 people have succumbed to the virus in J&K and include 986 from Kashmir and 496 from Jammu division, the officials said.
Meanwhile, 540 fresh cases of COVID-19 were recorded in J&K in the past 24 hours – with 369 in the Kashmir valley and 171 in Jammu, they said.
The officials said Srinagar district recorded the highest with 153 cases, followed by 108 in Jammu.
There are 6,326 active cases, while 87,517 patients have recovered so far, the officials said.
