Srinagar- Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday suspended former BMO Beerwah along with two other delinquent officials, pending enquiry into their conduct in connection with a case registered by the vigilance organization Kashmir, now Anti-Corruption Bureau, in 2014.
The suspension order has been issued with immediate effect in terms of Rule 31 of Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules 1956, reads a government order issued here, reported news agency GNS.
Besides the then BMO Beerwah Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Banday, the other officials suspended include Mushtaq Ahmad Parray, the then Junior Assistant (Cashier), Medical Block, Beerwah presently posted at Medical Block Khansahib and Zahoor Ahmad Banday, the then Pharmacist, SDH, Beerwah, presently posted at Medical Block Soibugh, Budgam.
