Sopore missing youth traced
Srinagar: A Srinagar family has lodged a missing report after a 24 year old youth has gone missing.
Reports said that a youth from Barzulla Srinagar identified as Saqib Manzoor left his home on 5th of August and didn’t return. All efforts to trace the missing youth proved futile. His phone is also switched off.
A police official from Police Station Saddar said that a missing report has been received from one Manzoor Ahmed Dar son of Ghulam Ahmed Dar, a resident of Old Barzulla in which he has stated that his son Saqib Manzoor is missing since August 5.
“Efforts are on to locate the missing youth,” he said.
A purported video is viral in which the family members of the missing youth can be seen requesting Saqib to return home.
Meanwhile, Sopore police has traced a missing youth who had gone missing on 5 August. The youth who has been traced is identified as Muhammad Abbas Shah son of Mushtaq Ahmed of Takia Panzala Sopore. (KNT)
