Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday ordered reshuffle in the bureaucracy by transferring ten officers, including three deputy commissioners in the Valley.
As per an order issued here by the government, Ravinder Kumar (IAS) , Managing Director, SIDCO, holding additional charge of Managing Director, JK Trade Promotion Organization, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Bandipore.
G.A. Sofi, Director General, Libraries, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K.
Bashir Ahmad Dar (KAS), Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, SIDCO.
Sheikh Arshad Aryub (KAS), Managing Director, J&K State Road Transport Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Director, Libraries, J&K.
Ms. Leena Padha (KAS), Director, Rural Sanitation, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza (KAS), Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Budgam
Tariq Hussain Ganai (KAS), Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, has been transferred and posted as Director, Rural Sanitation, J&K.
Angrez Singh Rana (KAS), Member, J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K State Road Transport Corporation.
Nazir Ahmad Khwaja (KAS) Additional District Development Commissioner, Anantnag, has been transferred and shall await further orders of adjustment in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
Kuldeep Krishan Sidha (KAS) Officer on Special Duty with Advisor (BK) to the Lieutenant Governor, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag.
Advisor Bhatnagar’s Duties Assigned To Sharma
The Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday assigned charge of departments held by advisor Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar to advisor KK Sharma till the former remains under quarantine.
“The duties and functions of departments assigned to Advisor (B) shall be discharged by Advisor (S) till Advisor (B) resumes the office after expiration of the mandatory period of quarantine prescribed by the health department,” reads an order issued by government.
Bhatnagar holds portfolios of Health and Medical Education, Public Works(R&B), PHE/I&FC, Transport and Animal/Sheep Husbandry.
Bhatnagar has been under quarantine after his wife and son tested positive for the novel coronavirus upon their return from New Delhi to Jammu on Sunday.
