Srinagar: The private school teachers affected by the Covid-19 lockdown will receive one-time financial assistance from the Jammu and Kashmir government under the State Disaster Relief Fund (SDRF).
In an order issued, the government has asked the school education department to explore the possibility of providing one-time financial assistance to needy private school teachers.
The order states that the assistance may be provided on details of fee charged by such schools. The order further states that the detailed information in this regard shall reach the department within a weeks’ time.
