Srinagar: Mobile internet services in Kashmir were suspended on Wednesday after top commander of Hizbul Mujahideen Riaz Naikoo, along with his associate Adil, was killed in an encounter with forces in Pulwama district, officials said.
The pre-paid mobile and mobile internet services were suspended as a precautionary measure, they said.
