New DelhiSyed Shahid Yousuf, son of Syed Salahuddin, the chief of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen has been sent to judicial custody till November 27 by Special National Investigation Agency (NIA) Court on Tuesday.
Earlier on October 25, the NIA court had sent Yusuf to a seven-day remand in a 2011 terror-funding case.
The NIA already filed two charge sheets against six other accused in this case in 2011.
Out of these accused, two are in custody and others, including Salahuddin, are absconding and residing in Pakistan and Pakistan-controlled Kashmir (PcK).
