A police spokesman said around 8.45 pm on Thursday, Pakistan troops started firing at the Indian posts which lasted till 4am on Friday, Hindustan Times reported on their website.

The Pakistan army opened heavy fire and shot mortars on the Indian posts and forward villages along the LoC in Mendhar sector of Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday.
A police spokesman said around 8.45 pm on Thursday, Pakistan troops started firing at the Indian posts which lasted till 4am on Friday.
Pakistan violated ceasefire at Sher Shakti and Mendhar in Kerni Sector, Jammu and Kashmir police posted on its Twitter account.
