SrinagarThe residents of Ranga Masjid Hawal here in old Srinagar city have threatened the blockade of traffic on the road against the government for its failure to carry out the repairs and macadamization work on the road for the last more than five years.
Agitating locals said that if the concerned authorities of R&B department dont take urgent steps to carry out the repairs and macadamization on the road, they will block the vehicular movement on the road and protest in city centre Lal Chowk against the concerned authorities.
The road is in dilapidated condition giving nightmares to people, said a local Shahid Khan said.
