SrinagarTraffic Police City Srinagar in collaboration with Health Department & TCI Max on Wednesday organized an awareness programme to sensitize commuters about the importance of giving safe passage to the Ambulances based on the theme Give Way to Ambulances
The Ambulances escorted by the bikers were flagged off from the premises of Traffic Police City Srinagar Polo View by the Minister for R&B Naeem Akhtar Andrabi.
Superintendent of Police Traffic City Srinagar Sargun Shukla, Managing Director, TCI, Doctors Association, volunteers of Kashmir Road Safety Foundation, Students from Kashmir Govt. Polytechnic and Civil Defense members.
Displaying banners & placards, participants passed through different Hospitals of the City and culminated at Traffic Police Office Srinagar.
The Rally was followed by a media interaction in which the organizers, members from the medical fraternity and SSP Traffic City Srinagar stressed upon the fact that the Ambulances should be given first preference to save the precious lives and also the importance of every minute that is sometimes wasted on the road because of the callous attitude of some commuters.

The organizers from TCI Max thanked participants for their support in this noble endeavor.
