Srinagar: The state government on Thursday transferred and posted Syed Abid Rasheed Shah (IAS ), Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, as Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, vice Farooq Ahmad Lone.
According to a government order, Farooq Ahmad Lone (IAS), has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Tourism Department, Civil Secretariat. A post from the overall cadre strength of IAS is transferred to the Tourism Department for drawal of salary of the officer, it said.
Mohammad Younis Malik (KAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, vice Syed Abid Rasheed Shah.
