Srinagar A court here on Thursday transferred the murder case of a British tourist Sara Elizabeth Rose to another court.
The case was transferred by Principal district and sessions Judge Rashid Ali Dar to 2nd Additional Session court after the Dutch national, accused of murdering the British national, misbehaved with the judge in the open court.
De Wit pleaded his case himself because as per him he doesnt trust any lawyer in Kashmir.
The Public Prosecutor, Syed Maqbool Ahmad, told the court that so for 27 out of 46 witnesses have been examined.
The court has to record the statement of Dr.Fareed Noor, head of the Doctors team who conducted autopsy to the British woman. The court posted the case for hearing on August31 before the 2nd additional sessions court.
