SrinagarCastigating BJP leader Sudhan Shiv Trivedi for his humiliating remarks against Irans Supreme leader Ayatollah Sayed Ali Khamenei for his pro-Kashmir stand, senior separatist leader and president Anjuman Shari Shiayan Aga Syed Hasan Friday said that Indias closeness to US and Israel depicts Modis anti-Islamic plans.
Addressing people at Imambara Budgam on Friday, Aga Hasan expressed his gratitude to Iran’s Supreme Leader for rallying behind Kashmiri struggle. He warned BJP leaders to desist from making any insulting remarks against the Iranian supreme leader.
He said that Iran’s support for Kashmir cause has always been there and Tehran has time and again offered to act as mediator to solve this problem. “Iran has an important role in South Asia and they have to continue their efforts to solve this issue as per the wishes of Kashmiris.
He said that unlike India ruled by Narendra Modi who has joined hands with Israel to crush Muslims, Iran has always stood against the might of United States and has supported subjugated, marginalized, disadvantaged people all over the world.
Aga Syed Hasan strongly denounced the government for the continuous imposition of restrictions and curbs and barring Friday congregational prayers at the historic Jamia Masjid, Srinagar. He said it is a blatant interference in our religious affairs.
