IslamabadThe Parliamentary Committee on National Security has advised the government to stay neutral in the crisis developing between Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
A meeting of the committee, headed by Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, was held here on Thursday.
Besides the Gulf crisis, the meeting also discussed issues pertaining to the national security and Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, said the speaker while talking to media-persons after the meeting.
The committee was also given a briefing on the Prime Ministers recent visit to Saudi Arabia, he added.
The opposition in the National Assembly had been demanding of the prime minister to personally inform parliament about the outcome of his recent visit to Saudi Arabia.
