SrinagarVice Chairperson Jammu and Kashmir Industries Gulzar Ahmad Dar Friday visited Government Woolen Mills Bemina to take comprehensive review of its functioning
Legislator, Noor Mohammed Sheikh also accompanied the Vice Chairperson.
The Vice Chairperson visited all working sections of the Mill and was impressed with the working and quality of the end product produced by the Mill.
Speaking of the occasion, the Vice Chairperson said that the Government has approved a project for remodeling of Bemina Woolen Mills under World Bank assistance to the tune o Rupees 12 crore which will result in increasing production to 4 lake meters per annum as against 50 thousand meters at present.
He impressed upon employees of the Mill to work with zeal and zest to improve the working of the Mill.
With regard to the various demands put forth by employees of the Mill VC assured that the genuine demands of the corporation employees shall be amicably be settled.
