SRINAGAR: Militant outfit Hizbul Mujahideen on Saturday claimed the responsibility of attack on army convoy on Srinagar-Baramulla road in Bemina on Saturday.
Operational Spokesperson Hizbul Mujahideen, Burhanuddin, told a local news agency – CNS – that the attack carried out by the outfit militants left at least 6 Indian soldiers dead. He said that the attack was carried out to protest the Indian Prime Ministers visit to Kashmir.
The young men of Hizbul Mujahideen will strike at any time, any place across Jammu and Kashmir in coming days, he said and added that todays attack on Army convoy was a gift from Hizb to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
