Ganderbal: The court of Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Adjudicating Officer Syed Shahnawaz Bukhari under the Food Safety Act has imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on various FBOs for the violation of the Food Safety and Standards Act-2006.
He warned all the stake holders who are involved with food business to desist such practices in future and also directed the concerned authorities to conduct market checking on daily basis to maintain health, hygiene and the quality food is made available to the general public. (CNS)
