Srinagar: Vigilance Organization Kashmir on Wednesday arrested Ishrat Aslam Darzi Enforcement Inspector J&K LAWDA Srinagar, accused in Case FIR No. 14/2016, U/S 5 (1) (d) r/w 5(2) PC Act. Svt. 2006, Section 109,188 and 120-B RPC.
The said FIR was registered in P/S VOK after conducting an enquiry where under it has been found that the accused enforcement officer has inconnivance with the concerned officers/officials of LAWDA managed two separate building permissions in the name of his mother Mst Farooqa Aslam for construction of Garages servants quarter and compound walling towards Nala side on the plot of land comprising khasra No. 3813/1546 min situated at Gupt Ganga Nishat and construction of two storied residential house at Gupt Ganga and the constructions were carried in total violation with respect to parameters approved in the building permission.
The said officer by abuse of their official position while being posted in JK LAWDA (Enforcement wing) in violation and total disregard of the approved building permissions has managed these huge constructions and conferred undue advantage upon himself and his mother Mst Farooqa Aslam.
