SRINAGAR: According to District Magistrate Srinagar, a team of officers has been constituted to oversee the proper hygiene and upkeep of public utilities in the district.
The decision has been taken on instructions of Chief Minister after complaints of unhygienic conditions and malfunctioning of public utilities in various hospitals, educational institutes and public places.
It was said that the team comprising Chief Executive Officer UDAK, Kashmir (Chairperson), District Education and Planning Officer, Srinagar (Member), Child Development Project Officer, Eidgah, Srinagar (Member), Tehsildar Headquarter (Member), and Member to be nominated by SMC Commissioner shall keep a close liaison with Deputy Secretary Inam-ul-Haq with CMs grievance cell.
