Srinagar: A 16-year-old boy, who was missing from Harwan Srinagar since February 9, was Monday traced to Punjab.
A police spokesperson here today said that on February 9, 2017 police station Harwan received a complaint on February 9, 2017 that one Tawseef Ahmad Famda, a class 9th student, was missing from his residence at Fakir Gojri Harwan in Srinagar.
A case was filed and investigation was taken up to locate the whereabouts of the minor, he said, adding technical expertise were also utilised.
The boy was today traced to Sarhind Punjab and his parents were accordingly informed about him, he added.
