Srinagar: A fresh Western Disturbance is affecting Jammu and Kashmir, which will give scattered rain and snow over the higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. The intensity and spread of the activity are likely to increase by Sunday.
Another spell of rain and snow is likely to take place on January 15 and 16, an official of MeT said.
